Kathleen Schuck received her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2009 and is a Sales Agent with Red Cork Realty. She is also a Real Estate Investor who owns her own business, North Shore Real Estate Solutions. Her company provides solutions to homeowners with tough real estate related problems and who are unable to sell their houses conventionally.
North Shore Real Estate Solutions buys and re-develops financially and/or physically distressed single family properties with a goal of rejuvenating neighborhoods and encouraging home ownership. Kathleen also specializes in helping homeowners with foreclosure avoidance through short sales or debt negotiation. Her company also helps people who may not be able to qualify for mortgages obtain houses through lease-to-own programs.
Kathleen is a member of several Real Estate Investor Associations (REIA), including New England REIA and Boston Area REIA -- associations of professional real estate investors who are bound by a code of ethics.
